Mettlesome is hopeful that by providing a Code of Conduct and Student Bill of Rights we are establishing a community that jointly adheres to these values and can provide an environment that is welcoming to all. We acknowledge this does not always happen and want to insure our efforts to create safe, equitable space.

To that end, all reports collected here pertaining to Mettlesome work will be followed up promptly, and an investigation conducted. In conducting investigations, Mettlesome will strive to keep the identity of the notifying individual as confidential as possible, while conducting an adequate review and investigation. If and when appropriate, Mettlesome will seek outside council or ask for assistance in investigating incidences. Assisting organizations may include local authorities.
